Chris Moler has been creating, managing or engaging in a wide variety of special events, expos, festivals, conferences and educational programs for over 38 years. For the last 25 years, Chris has been managing sponsorships and marketing campaigns for over 48 clients and well over 100 large scale events. Chris has spoken at over 50 national, regional and state conferences and written numerous articles on event planning, special events and sponsorships.
Director of Special Events
Dakota is a senior at the University of Central Oklahoma and is studying Strategic Communications. She has related experience in campaign management and public relations. Dakota is passionate about events and promotional efforts and this is recognized through her work.
Special Projects Manager
Robin Walker, a native of Oklahoma City, has been in the hospitality and events industry for over 30 years. Some of her notable accomplishments include fundraising events featuring celebrity entertainers, national conferences and conventions, and she had the privilege of coordinating an event at which a sitting president (George H.W. Bush) was the keynote speaker. Robin is also involved in numerous civic organizations, and serves as an ambassador with the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
Special Projects Manager / Social Media Specialist
Sabrina Sneden is a Strategic Communications major at the University of Central Oklahoma who will receive her degree in May 2020. She has spent her student career gaining experience in event planning, research, and strategy. Sabrina is currently a part of the American Advertisement Federation National Student Competition and the Public Relations Student Society of America.
Special Events Manager
Mardi Nider is a true events specialist with over 10 years of experience. Mardi has managed her own Fashion show fundraiser, the Polar Express Train for a four-month stint in Stillwater, the Made in Oklahoma Fest, Air Show at Tinker, Zoo Amphitheatre concert series, Backwoods Music Festival, ScotFest and several other events. Mardi supports our team on the ground during each of our festivals and events. Her daytime job is as a special events manager for a major brokerage firm here in Oklahoma City. Mardi is also a freelance Model!
Director of Special Events
Sarah Savage is currently a full time student at the University of Central Oklahoma set to graduate in the fall of 2020 with a degree in Strategic Communication. She is currently on the AAF National Student Advertising Competition team for the university's communication program. Throughout her college career Sarah has had the opportunity to take on multiple leadership roles that have equipped her with skills in event planning, social media planning, and marketing.
